The journal
Belladonna's voice
21 years of local intel
The journal
Market intel, neighborhood truth, and buyer's-insider analysis, written the way I would tell it over coffee at a showing.
The premise
Straight talk about a storied market.
There is plenty of content about Park City and the Wasatch Front. Very little of it is written by someone who has sold both sides for 21 years. This journal is the exception: the comparisons buyers actually ask for, the tax and rental questions they bring to closing, and the local arguments that never make the brochures.
